Subscription Nature
Science Briefing is a digital subscription service that provides instant access to AI-generated research briefings, summaries, archives, and personalization features. Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, refunds follow the industry standards for digital goods. we are Not affiliated, nor represent any publisher. We independently sort, summarize and brief scientific discoveries accross journals, fields and industries.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to receive all paid features until the period you have already paid for expires.
- Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refunds for Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
A refund may be considered only if:
1.You were charged in error, or
2.A clear technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service.
- Free trials must be cancelled 7 days before the billing starts.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

Refunds for Annual Plans
Annual plans are discounted long-term subscriptions.
All subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases of:
duplicate billing,payment processing errors, or failure to deliver the service.By subscribing, the user agrees that access begins immediately, and charges are processed at checkout.
If a refund is granted for exceptional reasons, access to all paid features ends immediately, and future emails are stopped.
No implied free trials apply unless explicitly stated on the checkout page.

Lifetime Access Purchases
Lifetime plans are one-time digital purchases and are non-refundable under all normal circumstances.
Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate charges or billing system errors.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be fully refunded.

If you subscribed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, App Store), you must cancel through that platform.

No Partial or Prorated Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Partial months
- Unused portions of annual plans
- Failure to read or open email issues
- Changes in personal preferences

Service Modifications
Occasional updates or changes to features do not constitute grounds for refunds as long as the core service—delivery of curated, summarized research—remains available.
